    Good foods when most restaurants close in the middle of the night. The price goes up recently due to inflation, but food quality stays consistent in past years. Friendly staff who are very responsive

    I recently bought take out from Top Cafe in Milpitas. The lady in the store was very friendly and she recommended that I ordered the three items for $34.95. I picked their spicy salty fried pork chop, beef with Chinese broccoli, and tofu with assorted greens in a clay pot (no clay pot for take out). The deal also included soup. I also ordered a beef chow fun. The $34.95 menu is now available all day and is a really good value. The food tasted good, nothing spectacular but solid. The service was fast and efficient. For Cantonese cafe style comfort food, this is a very good option.

    I was a little concerned about the ratings before going here but I went anyway because I was craving baked pork chop rice and bolognese spaghetti. I read other reviews touting their baked seafood dish and I ended up adding that to my order. This is a no frills joint with efficient service and solid food. I ordered all of the above and it was just the comfort food that I needed. It is CASH ONLY which would be the only downside I see...not really sure who actually Carrie's around cash these days.
